phpsky is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. phpsky reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
phpsky accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phpsky wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. phpsky does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. phpsky does not charge withdrawal fees.
All transactions on phpsky are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpsky is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
phpsky reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law. In such cases, phpsky will notify you and may request additional documentation before processing the transaction.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phpsky are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of this Agreement.

phpsky's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpsky account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpsky does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
You may close your phpsky account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
phpsky reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Your continued use of the phpsky platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
